Background & Education:
Amit graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Finance. He was also one of the very few within the State of Texas to meet the standards to achieve the designations to meet the rigorous standards of The Wealth Preservation Institute (Benton, MI) as a Certified Wealth Preservation Planner™ (CWPP™) and Certified Protection Planner™ (CAPP™)
In 2010, Amit decided to take on his next challenge of retiring from his Independent Insurance Brokerage and entering into the Banking Industry. In addition to his existing experience, He attended the Investment Banking Institute (New York, NY) to complete the Institute's Certification in Comprehensive Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis. The Program is an extensive program registered and accredited by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, (NASBA) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP™) board.
In 2011 Amit decided to continue furthering his education and began pursuing his Master's in Business Administration, where he graduated in May of 2013 as part of the National Honors Society (Epsilon Omega Epsilon).
Post-graduation, He turned his entire focus and time in Mortgage Banking, where he excelled proficiently as a Private Client Group Specialist and as fulfilling the new position as Builder Sales Manager and taking on the duties of establishing a Builder Division in the DFW Metroplex. (held as the nation's largest mortgage bank).
Fast forward to 2018 and Amit was recruited by a California based, but nationally known Mortgage Bank ranked in the top 10 when it comes to the total volume originated nationwide and awarded as the world’s most ethical companies for the 6th year consecutive year by The Ethisphere Institute, A global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.
The challenge Amit was prepared to take on was to successfully build relationships and recruit a team of powerful originators, and branch managers while building my client base and holding the highest level of service to my clients. Within 11 months (late 2019), Amit had worked to open doors for three new mortgage offices within Frisco & Plano, TX.
This was when I realized my true passion for assisting those seeking guidance towards homeownership. Banks and smaller lenders are great but it's like walking into a dealership, so you’ve identified the need for a vehicle, but not a single car on the lot meets your needs. Yet, it’s all the dealership has, so you are feeling the pressure…similar to a lender/bank, who is restricted to a uniform process and line of products and in many cases not as competitive…yet if that’s all the bank has access to, they are going to “sell” you the dream…
